Q: I have been told that custom made clothing is very expensive and I don’t have a huge budget. Is custom made clothing an option for me?
A: Although custom made clothing has the reputation of being expensive since it is made exclusively for you, we strive to make custom affordable by offering our Overture Collection. The Overture Collection offers quality custom made suits from just $699, blazers from $499, pants from $249, and custom made shirts starting at $129.

Q: I don’t live in Wisconsin, am I still able to work with Fine Line?
A: It’s true, we are based in Wisconsin but we do have partners in Arizona and Minnesota and continuing to expand our reach. Between the 3 of us we make fairly regular visits to see clients in Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, North & South Dakota, Minnesota, Arizona, California, Washington, Colorado, Texas, New York, New Jersey, and Florida. We are committed to serving you and your custom clothing needs. Please Call or e-mail us so we can coordinate a day and time that coincides with your needs and your schedule.
Q: In the past, I have picked up some great deals on suits, coats, and pants from local chain stores…only to find out that I then have to pay $100’s in alterations bills to make the clothing fit. Do I have to pay for alterations with Fine Line?
A: I hear stories like this on a daily basis, and unfortunately a lot of the money saved on a “Good Deal” is spent on alterations. Alterations decrease the wearable life of your garments and don’t improve the quality or the fabric. Because all of our garments are custom made for you, alterations should be minimal. However, should alterations be necessary to achieve the optimal fit, initial fitting alterations are included with all of our garments.
Q: What is the turnaround time once I place an order?
A: Standard delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks.
Q: Is there any chance of getting my new clothing inside of 6 weeks? Is rush delivery available?
A: Satisfaction of our clients is the key to our success, and lets face it not everyone has 4 to 6 weeks or thinks that far ahead. Depending on the item(s) and Collection you select from, it may be possible to take delivery in as little as 2 weeks, but express charges apply.
Q: How long does the initial consultation typically take?
A: Your first consultation is a very important part of the process. It can vary in time depending on your schedule, interest in clothing/wardrobe education, and body type/fitting challenges. Most of our initial meetings last about 1.5 hours to 2 hours because we focus on personalized attention to detail.
Q: Do you offer any price savings if I purchase multiple items? I am looking for a new suit, a shirt or two, and a few accessories.
A: Yes we do! Each of our Collections feature several value packages in contrast to purchasing your garments a la carte. All of our packages offer a direct savings to you, as opposed to giving you a gift certificate to use on a future purchase. Packages make your money go farther and we recognize that even the most discriminating buyer appreciates a good value when investing in their wardrobe.
Q: Does Fine Line currently offer women’s garments?
A: Fine Line will be launching a women’s line. At the present time we do offer a limited quantity of fabrics and styles for women to choose from that are mostly focused on business type silhouettes.
